We are looking for a dedicated SAP Expert, who will manage and execute projects & optimizations, particularly in the areas of SAP Manufacturing including Quality Management (QM). Other resposibilities include covering the full lifecycle from requirements definition through design, testing, and go‑live, ensuring seamless integration with a structured hands‑on approach

Zakres obowiązków

Independent management and execution of complex projects for the implementation or adaptation of IT systems (from requirements definition through to productive operation)
Advise and support the Manufacturing & QM departments in defining requirements for process optimization.
Design of efficient solutions in close collaboration with the global plants & entities
Configure and customize SAP QM, PP & WM modules to meet business requirements
Ensuring seamless integration between SAP modules and related IT environment to maintain data integrity and process efficiency.
Preparing comprehensive technical documentation and conducting functional & integration tests to ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
Providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for existing systems, ensuring business continuity
Plan and execute training for SAP key users and end users

Poszukiwane kompetencje

Completed studies or vocational training in the field of IT, or a comparable qualification.
Solid experience as an SAP Consultant, SAP Project Manager, or SAP Key User with a focus on manufacturing processes
Solid customizing SAP ECC skills in the modules SAP QM PP WM and ideally also in ABAP.
Good Knowledge in the related modules (SD, MM, FI) in favor.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Public & Private Cloud) and its new functionalities is an advantage.
Very good English skills (B2–C1), both written and spoken; German is an advantage
Willingness to travel up to 20%
Deep technical understanding of interfaces, data flows, and system architectures, combined with a strong enthusiasm for new technologies
Highly structured, solution‑oriented, and independent way of working, paired with strong team spirit – also in an international environment.
Very high reliability, strong commitment, and a confident, convincing presence
Broad professional network with excellent communication skills.
